The twins 2nd birthday is coming up in about 6 weeks, so I thought I would start trying different gluten-free cake recipes. Not all gluten-free recipes are created equal, so I thought it would take me a few tries before I found a recipe that was moist and super yummy. I was wrong! These gf banana cupcakes with brown butter frosting are AMAZING. You would never guess they were gluten-free! The kids approved, so this will be their birthday cupcake flavor!
